finally a gentlewoman!

After many FANTASTIC MANs, the GENTLEWOMAN is finally here! Those were the days where I would sit around reading the FANTASTIC MAN magazines at the Darin and Andrew household. Informative and witty articles about wines from Chile, personal interviews and exceptional covers, all for men. Now, we can rephrase: "There is a GENTLE woman behind a FANTASTIC man," but women are more than gentle.

Santiago, the coolest kid in Mexico City, after finding out that my motherland is Michoacan, he responded:

a nostalgic tuesday lunch...

with the blasting man.

A week ago, I took the job to babysit my delightful 'niece', Astrid (baby daughter

of my good friend and shoe designer, Beatrice Valenzuela). For Bea, it was

regular tuesdays of accordion class instructed by the talented Joshan Petrojvic

from The Blasting Company. After class, we all gathered up in the kitchen for one of Bea's delicious snacks and a refreshing

tequila juice drink while Joshan serenaded us with his song about leaving France. Salud!
